We provide subscription to some of our Products, Services and packages for instance we have the Partnership Plan divided into the Booster Package, Associate Package, Executive Package, Advance Package, and Professional Package, we also have the E-learning Plan for users who intends to use our educational course and traning materials as specified on our Website and as may be amended by us from time to time. Accordingly, you acknowledge that, Magnum Life will charge you a subscription fee according our Billing Policy in exchange for your right to have access and use our products in accordance with these Terms (“the Subscription Plan and Pakages(s)”).
At the start of each subscription period, we ask you for a valid means of payment to purchase your desired subscripition plan. Magnum Life will not automatically charge your account, until you initiate a payment. For the details, please refer to our Billing Policy. The payment transaction will be facilitated through an online payment processing application that is provided by a third-party vendor(s) and accessible through our Website; and you will receive a invoice through your email.
Please note that the monthly subscription is only applicable to the the Partnerships Plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@magnumlife.org
Partnership Plan:This package is sub-divided in to Various Package plan, customers who purchase this plan will earn an affiliate commissions from referral and also enjoy revenue sharing profits through MagnumBits. The sub packages are namely:

The customers on this plan get a 60 days free usuage on all our training materials offered in their level of partnership plan. On the 61st day they will be charged a particular fee depending on their level of partnership

They are not partners and they won’t earn any referral commission or participate in the revenue program unless they subscribe to a partnership plan or upgrade to the partnership plan.
The Services and Website are available only to persons who are the age of majority and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services and Website are not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services or access the Website.
Unless otherwise agreed by Magnum Life in writing (including any applicable Order Form), the price for the services shall be the price set out in Magnum Life website with the user appertaining to the service delivery. If Your Purchased one of our Subscription services (“Subscription Services”), You agree to pay Us all such fees when due. These fees may include subscription fees, transaction fees and tax, the prices and terms of which are listed on Our website.

By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge that you have been informed of such payments, consent to payments of affiliate commission to you, and that such payments are fair and reasonable.
We apply the same rigor and standards of objectivity to these contents as we do to the rest of our materials.

If we decide to cancel an order, your payment method will not be refunded. Rather, your account with us will receive “refund credit.” It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all orders you place with us. If you engage in any fraudulent activity through or in relation to the Website or our services (e.g. by purchasing a service using a stolen credit card’s information), we will immediately terminate your account with us; no exceptions
This section sets forth the particular way you can resolve any dispute you may have with us. If such Dispute has not been settled within sixty (60) days after a request for mediation has been submitted under such ICC Mediation Rules, such Dispute can be referred to and shall be exclusively and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC Arbitration Rules”). The ICC Rules' Emergency Arbitrator provisions are excluded. The Dispute shall be resolved by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the ICC Rules. The place of both mediation and arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the mediation and/or arbitration shall be English, unless You do not speak English, in which case the mediation and/or arbitration shall be conducted in both English and Your native language. The existence and content of the mediation and arbitration proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted by the parties, correspondence from and to the International Chamber of Commerce, correspondence from the mediator, and correspondence, orders and awards issued by the sole arbitrator, shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent from the other party unless: (i) the disclosure to the third party is reasonably required in the context of conducting the mediation or arbitration proceedings; and (ii) the third party agrees unconditionally in writing to be bound by the confidentiality obligation stipulated herein.

Any notice required to be given by You to Magnum Life should be delivered using the Magnum Life website, registered mail to Magnum Life’s registered office or by email to the email address on the Website.
c) If any provision of these Magnum Life Terms is held to be unenforceable, the parties shall substitute for the affected provision an enforceable provision that approximates the intent and economic effect of the affected provision. The failure or delay by either party to enforce any term of the Magnum Life Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such term.
d) Any change shall come into effect and be deemed accepted by You if you continue to use the Software after the expiry of the notice period above.
e) No provision of these Magnum Life Terms is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not a party to these Magnum Life Terms.
In the event a particular Dispute is not subject to arbitration (whether by decision of an arbitrator with binding authority, or otherwise according to these Terms or applicable law), each Party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the English Courts., for the litigation of said Dispute, and covenant and agree that neither of the foregoing is an inconvenient.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the English laws. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against must be resolved by arbitration. You and Magnum Life both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of England; for claims falling within the jurisdiction of an English Court, you and Magnum Life both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the laws of England.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Services will be subject to Arbitration, without regards to conflict of law rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court, hence it will be resolved by arbitration.
