Billing Policy

General

Usage of Magnum Life products and services constitutes customer's acceptance of Magnum Life's billing policy, and all customers must comply with this billing policy.This Billing Policy (“These Policy”) governs the payment process for our Services and Products available through the website [www.magnumlife.org] between you (referred to herein as “you”, “your” or “user”) and [Magnum Life], with its registered address at [ADRESS] (referred to herein as “Magnum Life” or “we”).

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all customer partners accounts are set up on a prepaid basis, and payment must be received by Magnum Life before any billable product or service is provided/activated.
  • All recurring subscriptions will be automatically charged and displayed in customer partner account, customer partners are required to provide a valid means of payment to pay up for recurring package at when due.
  • Magnum Life does not store card or payment details, we will notify customer partners via email when they need to subscribe for the next recurring subscription.

Billing Cycle

When you purchase one of the Magnum Life packages, (“Partnership Plan” subscription or “the E-Learning Plan” subscription) you will be required to provide a valid means of payment, such as Credit Card, PayPal or bitcoin.

  • Overdue Payment:All past due accounts will be assessed and charged a late overdue fee, we will notify you by sending you an email. So customers partners are advise to pay up their recurring subscriptions at when due to avoid being charge a late fee. Accounts that remain past due or delinquent will be suspended after seven (7) days grace period
  • Deactivation:Once an account is delinquent for 7 days, it may be cancelled due to non-payment. Once cancelled, the customer will not be able to recover any files until the account is current.

Please note that the monthly subscription is only applicable to the Partnerships Plans.

Subscription Billing

When you subscribe for a package on our website, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your subscription plan. All subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Payments are collected and invoices are generated at the beginning of each billing period. Billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which customers purchase their “Partnership Plan” subscription or “the E-Learning Plan” subscription. Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. In the event of cancellation, customers will still have access to their applications through the end of their current billing period. Magnum Life will not prorate any portion of unused subscription services.

If you upgrade your plan, we’ll prorate your fee. You’ll pay the old fee up through the date of the upgrade and the new fee thereafter. Some Products may have different policies or requirements associated with them, please make sure you read them through.

Acceptable Payment Methods

Magnum Life accepts payments via the following payment methods. Namely:

Credit/debit card. Magnum Life currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa credit/debit cards

PayPal.Payment by PayPal is acceptable, and users must make sure their PayPal account is void of any limitation or chargeback.

Chargeback fee:chargeback fee is applicable in cases where a customer was provided with all of the documentation related to the transaction, but disputed the charge with a bank/credit card provider.

Bitcoin:We also accepts payments via bitcoin, as deem fit by you. If an additional research/ response will be requested, an additional fee will be assessed according to the current rate. This charge will be placed to the clients account and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription for any reason or no reason at all, however, we won’t be able to refund you for any unused features of your package. To officially cancel your subscription, please send us a message via support@magnumlife.org Closing an account with Magnum Life cannot be done by simply canceling the credit/debit card. Magnum Life will continue to treat this as an open account and the billing cycle will continue, resulting in a past due account that may be turned over. It is imperative that account cancellation is done by speaking with a Magnum Life representative or sending a message to ensure account closure.

Please note that if you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. This means Magnum Life will not refund you for any unused portion of your services

Payment Processors

All financial transactions made in connection with the Services and Products will be processed by a third parties like PayPal and our designated Credit Card company, in accordance with their respective terms of use, privacy policy, and/or any applicable payment terms and conditions over which Magnum Life has no control. In no event will Magnum Life be responsible for the actions or inactions of any third party payment processor, including, but not limited to, system downtime or payment service outages.

NB: Magnum Life Does not process customers payment neither do we store customers credit card data. Hence we do not sell customer information to third-party

Billing Disputes

As a current or prior customer of Magnum Life, each customer agrees to provide Magnum Life 30 working days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Magnum Life must be the first option in billing disputes. Should Magnum Life receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before Magnum Life has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Magnum Life has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, Magnum Life retains the right to collect on any rendered services or fees that are due.

Magnum Life will submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, Magnum Life will immediately suspend the account until the matter is resolved

Refunds

All purchases are final on the Magnum Life website. Subscription and Service fees, including but not limited to those related to the Partnership Plan Service, are nonrefundable and will not be prorated at any time.

Amendments

Magnum Life may periodically amend this billing Policy for any reason. Please review This Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Termination of Service

Magnum Life reserves the right to terminate your account and delete all data for non-payment after 7 days of subscription overdue. If you do not pay up we reserve the right to automatically terminate/cancel your account from our services.
